Please share only details needed for your order or inquiry. The site does not collect card numbers or bank-account details. Payment is arranged directly with our team. Please send access codes directly to us rather than including them in an online form.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to you, review and fulfill orders, plan catering, arrange delivery and payment, maintain account and order records, and send relevant confirmations or updates. If you include dietary or allergy information, it is used to discuss your request with you.

Who receives it

Lady and the Vine staff use the information to manage your request. The services that host the website, store its records and deliver transactional email process information needed to operate those functions. Order and inquiry confirmations are sent to the email address you provide. Authorized staff receive notifications and access the details through the staff area.

Cookies and technical information
